Fun, informal sessions where babies and children aged 0-4 years and their parents/carers can join in with stories, songs and rhymes in a welcoming environment. An opportunity for families to meet and make friends.<br /> <br />

The Time Out group is a drop in group for anyone affected by cancer – patients, their carers and families. There are free complementary therapies such as aromatherapy, Indian head massage, reiki and reflexology.

We meet weekly every Wednesday Evening for an informal get together which provides a friendly atmosphere for anyone to come along to paint or draw in their own style, medium and at their own pace.

We try to have a range of toys for younger ages up to older children, no need to book, can just turn up. It is a nice area for kids to socialise as well as parents.
